From technical infrastructure to strategic marketing and community engagement, ColdChain has played a pivotal role in supporting AADAO’s efforts of strengthening the Cosmos Hub’s position within the ecosystem. Below is a detailed account of our contributions.
Website Development and Technical Setup
One of AADAO’s cornerstone achievements was supporting the technical development and deployment of atomaccelerator.com website. This undertaking required a high level of technical expertise coupled with a nuanced understanding of AADAO’s mission, values, and target audience. To ensure the website delivered on both functionality and user experience, we aligned its structure meticulously with the predefined sitemap and wireframes.
A particularly noteworthy aspect of this project was the creation of a user-focused design for the “Go-To-Market” (GTM) section. This process involved more than just designing a visually appealing layout. It required us to refine the page structure to feature updated, compelling copy and enhanced styling that aligned with AADAO’s strategic objectives. By prioritising clarity and engagement, we successfully designed a platform that effectively communicates AADAO’s vision of supporting teams building on the Cosmos Hub.
To further empower the Cosmos ecosystem, ColdChain Agency developed a comprehensive resource hub. This section features a curated library of frameworks, templates, and guides designed to address key challenges faced by Web3 teams, such as strategic planning, user acquisition, engagement, and analytics. By delivering actionable, easy-to-digest materials like the SWOT Analysis Framework, Customer Journey Mapping Blueprint, and ROI Measurement Framework, we provided builders with practical tools to streamline their go-to-market strategies. This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting AADAO’s mission by equipping teams with the knowledge and resources to achieve sustainable growth and success.
Furthermore, we integrated strategically placed call-to-actions (CTAs) across key sections of the website. These CTAs were thoughtfully designed to guide users seamlessly to essential information, making navigation effortless and intuitive. Ultimately, our enhancements transformed the website into a dynamic, user-friendly hub that not only reflects AADAO’s mission but also serves as a valuable resource for teams looking to build on the Cosmos Hub.
In just the past 3 months that the GTM section has been live, it’s been visited over 1,300 times, generated dozens of downloads of the self-help resources, and generated a handful of inbound leads for the Cosmos Hub.

Marketing and Communications Initiatives
To elevate AADAO’s visibility within the Cosmos ecosystem and beyond, we devised and executed a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. This multi-pronged approach included a range of initiatives designed to strengthen AADAO’s positioning, amplify its messaging, and engage its community.
Messaging Frameworks and Speaker Support
We crafted clear, impactful messaging frameworks and tailored talking points that underscored AADAO’s unique value proposition. Recognizing the importance of effective public representation, we provided individualized support to speakers, offering detailed briefing documents and tailored training sessions to prepare them for podcasts, panels, and other third-party events.
As part of our collaboration with AADAO, ColdChain Agency provided strategic assistance in developing governance proposal assessment documentation. These resources, including detailed evaluation spreadsheets, were designed to streamline the decision-making process for AADAO’s governance initiatives. By providing a structured framework for evaluating proposals based on key metrics and alignment with the Cosmos Hub’s goals, these tools enable AADAO to ensure effective, transparent, and strategic governance. Our efforts reinforced AADAO’s commitment to empowering the community with efficient and actionable decision-making processes.
Marketing Audits, Competitor Analysis and Cosmos Hub Positioning:
We conducted in-depth reviews of AADAO’s existing marketing efforts, identified strengths and weaknesses, and provided actionable recommendations for optimization. Through detailed competitor analysis, we revealed areas of differentiation within the decentralized governance and Cosmos Hub ecosystem. This information helped position AADAO as a prominent figure in the space.

Community and Event Engagement
Community building is a core tenet of AADAO’s mission, and ColdChain Agency played an instrumental role in supporting its efforts to cultivate a vibrant, engaged community.
At Cosmoverse, we orchestrated video production to document the Cosmos Hub’s influence and its pivotal role within the ecosystem. The content captured during these events provided a rich repository of material that can be repurposed to showcase AADAO’s journey and achievements. We also conceptualized and delivered a tailored marketing workshop during Cosmoverse, offering practical guidance on navigating decentralized governance.
Additionally, our work in event strategies, topic development, speaker submissions, and panel coordination helped amplify Cosmos Hub’s voice within the blockchain community. We also managed video production for over 20 hours of recorded content, creating valuable material to be shared across various channels.
Creative Ideation for the Cosmos Ecosystem
Creativity and innovation are at the heart of our approach. One standout initiative was the “Cosmos Baddies” campaign, a playful and imaginative project designed to enhance the Cosmos Hub’s appeal. By combining visually captivating elements with socially engaging content, this campaign aimed to attract a wider audience and foster deeper community involvement.
